Projects for General Motors Uzbekistan
Together with the largest Russian transport group FESCO, whose company agent Ardena Transport is on the territory of Uzbekistan and South Korean company PANTOS LOGISTICS, since July 2012, sending of container trains (block train) on the route Busan (South Korea)-Nakhodka (Russia)-Closes (Uzbekistan) has been organized for, «GM Uzbekistan» company with components for Chevrolet Malibu and Chevrolet Captiva cars.
By July 2013, 38 trains with 71 unit length (39 fitting platforms) with 78 × 40 ‘ containers in each train had been organized that eventually amounted to more than 3000 × 40 foot containers.
Since July 2013, block trains have been started for GM Uzbekistan with accessories for Chevrolet Nexia, Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Lacceti, with length 57 conventional units (31 fitting platforms) with 62 x 40 containers in each train. Until today 12 trains have been organized with the total number of more than 750 containers.
The number of regular container trains, organized by Transport Ardena jointly with the major transport companies on the railways of Europe, CIS and Asia is steadily growing.
Projects for MAN UZBEKISTAN auto concern.
Since auto concern foundation in Uzbekistan, Ardena Transport has been one of the main contractors on transportation of the largest German engineering company MAN GROUP, specializing in production of trucks, buses and engines.
In 2009, in Uzbekistan on the area of Samarkand automobile factory, production of Man trucks was organized. It should be noted, that Transport Ardena participates in all projects of the concern from the outset, i.e., delivery of materials and equipment for construction of this plant, as well as on the constant basis it delivers almost the entire volume of components, suspension and heavy equipment by land and air from Russia, Turkey, India, Germany and other countries.
Projects for SAMAUTO UZBEKISTAN auto concern.
In close cooperation with ITOCHU CORPORATION (Japan) we arrange container trains from Yokohama (Japan) to Samarkand with the components for SAMAUTO plant, which produces buses, trucks, passenger transport and other vehicles, based on Japanese company ISUZU.
From 2013 onwards, on the permanent basis, a container train runs along the route Yokohama (Japan)-Eastern Nakhodka (Russia)-Vladivostok-Ulugbek station (Uzbekistan), consisting of 31 platforms, as well as pick-up container trains.
